Cancellation Policy

Cancellations will be handled on a case-by-case basis by emailing us, or by telephone at 587-222-0746.

To receive a refund or to cancel your camp, a written notice of cancellation is required 6 weeks before the start of your camp. We offer a full refund less the processing fees (these are non-refundable). Cancellations within 6 weeks of your camp start will receive a 50% refund, as many costs are sunk at this stage.

 

Lead time is required to adjust our staffing appropriately when cancellations are made. ​If you are injured or ill, email as soon as possible.​

Transfer: If you are not able to attend, but have another skier of similar ability/goals who would like to take your place, we do offer registration transfers. Please call or email if you would like to do this.

No Show: if you have not checked in on arrival day, or have not contacted our team regarding a late arrival, you will be deemed a "no show" and no refunds will apply.

No Snow Guarantee: if Nomad Nordic Coaching has to cancel a camp for any reason (including weather, conditions or operational reasons), all registrations impacted will receive a full refund, less the processing fee. We will do our best to provide you with as much notice as possible should this occur. This will be done rarely, and only if we are not able to safely operate.
