The perfect retreat to hone your ski technique and fitness. Spend the weekend in the Yukon with coaches Jessica and Bryana to update your technique, learn the newest tips, and ski with incredible people on the trail network at Whitehorse Nordic Centre. Capitalize on your ski fitness mid-season to see continued progression while finding inspiration in the positive learning environment Jess and Bry create.

For those who want to take advantage of the camp, stay the week to ski and enjoy the festive atmosphere of local ski races! Join Jess and Bry in skiing the Buckwheat Loppet  March 7 (costumes encouraged!). Able to stay longer? The Yukon Ski Marathon is March 21!

We are honoured to host this clinic in collaboration with the Whitehorse Nordic Centre and Sport Yukon's Tourism branch. 

• 4 1/2 days of skiing: ​​

  • 3 full days of skiing with expert coaches

  • 1 morning of a "putting it all together!" ski Thursday

  • Each session on snow  is 2-3h, with stops for drills and snacks

• Video analysis - and how to use video

• Swag item to keep your drinks warm in the Yukon!

• Trail passes & lunches for days of the camp

 

We'll ski for 3 hours (easy pace) in the morning, stopping for technique drills and pointers. We'll break for lunch, then head out on a guided mileage ski  (2 hours) in the afternoon. Our camp covers the fundamentals of classic and skate for all levels of skier - we will meet you where you are at.

We have exciting pre-ski and apres-ski activities, including: 

• One morning yoga session

• Four social lunches, catered at the ski centre

• Evening ski and campfire with a local First Nations community member, fostering well-informed skiing and respect for the land​
